I have been using Freelancer Financials for the last few years and their level of service is excellent. Andrew Saunders has always been very helpful and offered advise when needed. Would highly recommend as they have access to some very competitive products which you wouldn't always find yourself on the market.

Elaine and her colleagues were absolutely fantastic through the whole process of helping me get a mortgage.

With her help may wife and I were able to get more than we expected and it was a much simpler process than I expected, having seen other contractors having to jump through so many hoops before they even applied.

1 message on their website, 1 phone call and a form to fill in and within a 2 weeks of returning it we had an Agreement in Principal! I can't stress enough how great these guys have all been and how easy they made the whole process.

I will be recommending Elaine and FF to everyone I know looking to buy a house

As a Limited Company contractor, I was wary of applying for a mortgage through the usual channels. Natasha Saunders did a great job of putting me a ease and making the whole process so straight forward and easy. We had an in principle decision the same day!
Natasha was friendly, informed and often available out of hours!

Been contracting for over 20 years and recently re-mortgaged through Freelance Financials. Dealt with Duncan Radford who made the process painless and straight-forward. He appears to have access to far better deals than I was able to access directly. The advice I received was professional and clear. I have no hesitation in recommending Freelance Financials, and specifically Duncan, for their service and expertise.

Customer Testimonials

Big thanks to Roger and June! Secured my first mortgage today. Process could not have been smoother. Have dealt with roger since my initial enquiries a couple of years ago. Once I was ready, a DIP was agreed within a day or 2, then again once I was ready I applied and it took about a week (including arranging a valuation) to get approved.
June and roger were always available or got back to me the same day, and everything was fast and no-nonsense.

Have also arranged to have relevant life and income protection with them- Sandra has spent hours and hours over the past few days on the phone with me to get me the right cover.

Could not suggest any improvements as everything was faultless.

Would just like to say a massive thank you to Elaine! She was fantastic and did an amazing job getting us our first time mortgage! Great advice, super fast and efficient.

We had been through the mill with trying to get a mortgage agreed and since we are both freelancers it was becoming a real trial with the regular hight street options (regardless of how much we were earning).
Thanks to Freelancer Financials we have been agreed a mortgage and everything has gone according to plan. They have been extremely efficient and helpful throughout the process and we couldn't be more grateful. Thank you so much Elaine for all your hard work, you've made what we thought was not going to be possible actually possible. Brilliant!!

I used Neetesh for the 2nd time to arrange a re-mortgage of my property a short time ago (first time was in 2017). Neetash proved extremely helpful once more in arranging a mortgage which at my request enabled up to borrow additional money for family expenses. He combines vast experience together with a friendly and approachable manner which immediately put you at ease when discussing financial matters.

I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Neetesh and Freelancer Financials to anyone wanted to get a new/remortgage. It really is 5 out of 5 service and a very competitive deal to boot. Thank you so much!

Have used Freelancer Financials a few times now. Andrew Saunders in particular is exceptionally helpful and his advice is spot on. Highly recommended for Contractors everywhere looking for a good mortgage deal.
