Lydia and the team at Bristol Property Centre have been fantastic to deal with. They are always very helpful and great at communicating promptly. As new landlords they have guided us through the process with ease to work out the best service for our needs. Lydia swiftly marketed and let the property keeping us updated at every step. I would highly recommend their services and will definitely be calling Lydia and the team in the future.

From start to finish- excellent customer service. The agent i spoke to was very knowledgable and provided all the answers i needed prior to viewing the property. When we arrived, he was waiting for us outside and showed us around and was happy to explain everything in detail.

The people who work in the agency are very professional and always are trying to help you as much as they can. I had a good experience renting a house with any issues. Looking forward to keep it in that way. I am very happy with them!

We have had a fully managed service with BPC for many years on our city center studio flat. The lettings team have always filled the property very quickly arranging all necessary checks in good time. The management team also handles tenants requests quickly - i personally check in with tenants who are happy with the service they are getting too. I rented a room from BPP, excellent service, quick at fixing things in house.the company was honest and straight to the point. Fees were reasonable and rent was competitive for Bristol. Staff amazing. If I had to rent again, would recommend!

Dealing with the Bristol Property Centre was quite simply the most painless letting experience I've ever had. I moved during lockdown, on very short notice, but they couldn't have been more helpful. They made every effort to get me moved in on time, checked in afterwards and didn't laugh at me when I managed to lock myself out. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Called to book a view, but no spots available. Got a call couples of days later booking for another nice place to see. Was really nice from the Estates, as Bristol house market is mental. Went for a view and the Agennt that attend me to show the property was really lovely. I did not felt any rush, she was really explicative and understanding. So far best Estate agent in Bristol.

I moved to Bristol in the summer of 2021, and rented a property with Bristol Property Centre. To say I pay a significant amount of rent per month, they are a constant disappointment. An example of their attitude came as such with broken blinds when I first arrived at the property, this was reported and the response was "that's how they have always been" and "previous tenants got on with this" - this was not a confidence filling communication, and has set the tone of my time so far with BPC.

Their maintenance reporting system often goes unchecked, and I have been left for months at a time with significant unresolved issues. Some of which, if not sorted by myself, would have been catastrophic. Whilst I can appreciate busy scheduling, poor communication, lack of contractors, holidays, COVID-19, and so on so forth, my issues have only ever been acknowledged after having to reach out to the company director - who is most helpful, but nonetheless, this is still a very frustrating and recurring experience, and using the same excuses repeatedly such as "we tried to contact you" does not really work.

It is a lot of effort on my part to remind this here tenancy agency of their contractual commitments. I won't always be at this property, but I would certainly never use BPC again, and would strongly discourage anyone else to use them.

Avoid this company, they are a nightmare for tenants. They often ignore emails and when things go wrong in the flat they hardly get fixed or sorted.

Initial contact acceptable there after to busy and dont get back to you they need to employ more, staff and not just try to put you off or get you to phone back it should be when its convenient for you the customer not them

Their customer service is excellent, they are always kind and helpful. Just started renting from them and I am already pleased with their work.

As a local landlord I couldn't fault the service from BPC: Ashley and his team are professional, hard-working and highly communicative, which is essential for fast-paced property lettings.
