Valuation Fees (Remortgage) - Free for properties up to 500,000. For properties above 500,000, standard Valuation Fee scale applies less 330 discount. TBMC has partnered with Conveyancing Brain to provide a conveyancing service that is dedicated to meeting your conveyancing needs at competitive rates. This service provides access to a nationwide panel of solicitors. Buying and selling a property can be an exciting time, but it can also be expensive and stressful if you don't choose the right Conveyancer.
TBMC offers a client referral service for directly authorised intermediaries. The service is aimed at mortgage brokers who, for a variety of reasons, may wish to refer a buy-to-let client to us without having to deal with the case themselves. The buy-to-let mortgage market is far more complex than it used to be, and some brokers are finding buy-to-let cases too time-consuming to place.

Horrific experience. Avoid at all costs. Ended up loosing the property due to timescales and complete lack of care from tmbc. The bank even confirmed that it took over a week to get an email back regarding the survey of the property. When we contacted them to tell them the deal had fell through they didn't even apologise

TBMC service was terrible. They push you towards a lender and promise you timelines which are not reality. They are not responsive at all and seem to take there time when dealing with lenders and clients. Plenty better brokers out there with less fees and better service. Avoid at all cost especially if you are dealing with important timeframes.

This company is the recommended National Landlords Association mortgage broker. As such you would expect them to be experts in their field. They sent me a quote which specified that the mortgage would be for 75% of the purchase price, when i read the conditions it specified that the maximum loan to value was 70%. I have now called several times asking for clarification on which figure is correct. Each time i have been promised both a call back and an email confirming which is correct. Now three weeks on I have still not had any response whatsoever from them.
