Your First point of call should you look for Financial advice has to be this company with a difference. I have experienced this company from its infancy to the present date. The level of service from that First day, is only slightly different in that they go Extra with the a variety of services they can now supply. I would recommend first extra to anyone. We have used them for the third time - more specifically John Murray! He has been an absolute diamond ensuring we (more me) has fully understood everything and given us all our options. John is super patient and very thorough and excellent communication as well! I really can't rate these guys enough! Even once we have moved out of the area if we buy again we will always use these guys.

I would 100% recommend Firstxtra financial advisors. I used them for help with my first mortgage, every single person I dealt with from start to finish was amazing. They were really helpful and were with me every step of the way, checking in and chasing solicitors/estate agents/bank lenders when necessary. The customer service was excellent, every person I dealt with was lovely, they were really excited for me getting my first new home and it really showed, I didn't feel silly asking obvious questions, they welcomed questions and thoroughly explained the answers so I could understand (with my limited knowledge/experience of mortgages!) They were always so quick to respond to emails and calls.
