Without doubt Lisa is the best mortgage advisor we have every used. We had a very complex case due to credit issues and she managed to get us a lender who would allow us to consolidate debts saving us 230 per month. Right from the start she was polite, friendly and professional and really put us at ease as we never thought we would get out of the situation we were in. I honestly cannot recommend Lisa enough.

During the mortgage process Lisa discovered a default I didnt know existed. Having looked at my credit file she could see it was completely out of character and successfully appealed this with the lender. Through her determination I got my first choice lender, a fantastic rate and Ive saved nearly 100 a month. She is amazing at what she does and so down to earth and friendly. She puts you at ease every step of the way and nothing is too much of a problem for her. Thank you Lisa for everything you now have a client for life.

We would like give a huge thank you to Des for his constant (and without doubt, very time consuming) determination in obtaining a re-mortgage for us. In spite of the number of different issues that our present financial circumstances presented us with (and it did for a while seem like it was one thing after another) we got there. Throughout the process Des always remained positive that we would get there in the end and he was right - we did! We recently completed our re-mortgage with 1st Call 4 Mortgages on our family home with satisfaction. Initially we looked at a number of brokers plus my bank with whom I have a long and good track record. We knew our situation was complex especially in these difficult financial times with goal posts moving at a speed and with bureaucracy on the up. We soon decided to use Des of 1st Call 4 Mortgages as our broker.
He showed the tenacity, persistently and clear thoughts about how to reach our objective along with thinking outside the box. Having the main principal working on ones behalf, and that he knew the full circumstances, gave us confidence especially when matters looked difficult. Together we reached our goal. Its a 2 year arrangement so we will be looking at a similar situation within 24 months and no doubt Des will be investigating whats best suitable for us in advance.
