At Easy Street we help First Time Buyers at every step in the property journey, making sure you understand the process, helping you set your budget and, once you've found a home, gaining you access to a suitable mortgage deal. There aren't any specific mortgages just for First Time Buyers. You can choose from most mortgage types, such as fixed rate, variable rate, repayment or interest-only mortgages. The length of a mortgage is usually 25 years, but it is possible to get shorter or longer mortgage terms.

We worked with easy street back in June. Darren was absolutely amazing. He had us a mortgage offer within a week, something which took our previous provider 3 months to do! Loved working with him, hes efficient and knowledgable. We had a particularly turbulent sale with our terrible sellers solicitors. Darren went above and beyond for us, gave advice and support when he very much didn't need to. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them again!

We've used Ian and his team several times over many years for our residential and B2L properties, they've all always been extremely responsive and gone the extra mile. They've resolved nightmare issues with solicitors, known exactly how to best handle non-PAYE income, and even advised us to take one deal that didn't benefit them simply because it was the best for us.
Plus they worked round the clock to squeeze us through the stamp duty window, with them chasing the solicitors and lenders without us having to chase them. In short, the Easy Street team are exactly the sort of people you're relieved to have on your side. Highly recommended.

I had great service and advice from the Easy Street team from start to finish. I needed to sort out my mortgage and was not getting the deal I wanted direct from my bank. After running through the details with Easy Street they came up with some great options. I ended up saving well over 100 off my monthly payment compared to my banks offer! Will definitely be using Easy Street again when my mortgage is up for renewal. If you want some good honest independent advice give them a call.

Carly from Easy Street supported us throughout the remortgage process. It was such an easy and positive experience compared to dealing with a building society directly. Everything was so clear, concise and mostly done online though Carly was always at the end of a telephone to answer questions and give advice. We are extremely happy with the lender who we are now with and now have a new kitchen extension to enhance our home!

We cannot thank Carly and Debbie enough for the incredible service they provided. Carly made the whole mortgage process incredibly easy and effortless and was always on hand to provide any advice we needed.
