Used these guys a few years back and they were great. All my local mortgage brokers were useless and didn't offer much more than putting the numbers into a website. Being a company director my finances are a little more complicated and require explaining. The Mortgage Lady people managed to do all this and get a good deal.

I would not recommend my experience in any way with The Mortgage Lady. Moving house is stressful enough without unanswered phone calls and emails from your mortgage broker. Essentially unless you have a very large deposit and a straightforward transaction she does not want to put the effort in to help.
