Sam Allnutt was amazing in helping us to secure our mortgage. She was really flexible, arranging meeting times that worked for us and she managed to secure us an incredible deal. We had a tricky mortgage with Help to Buy and other factors but she explained the whole process to us as first time buyers perfectly, with a fantastic 'no question is too stupid' mantra that made us feel completely at ease and less stressed all the way through. We certainly asked ALOT of questions and Sam had an answer for everyone! She was on hand every step of the way to assist with any element of the process she could, we couldn't recommend her more!

I went Howard Mortgages for advice a few months back with what I thought would be a potentially complicated scenario. I couldn't ask for a better service. Michael was always prompt in informing of the next step and extremely helpful. Even though they are based in Torquay and we are based in Essex they could still provide the best customer service and went above and beyond, They got us a mortgage with a high Street lender when i didnt think it was possible. A personal service from start to finish with Lisa keeping us updated and chasing our application whilst being away from the office.
