Our CEO Michelle Niziol bought her first house when she was 18 and absolutely loved the process. However, Michelle found increasingly that the process was disjointed. The different companies and services involved the house sale and purchase did not communicate well with each other. This caused hassle, stress and worry.
IMS is an independent sales and letting agent, mortgage brokerage and property investment group. You'd be forgiven for thinking that we're just about the property, but at IMS we truly focus on the client. That's why at the heart of our business is the term 'people before property'. Lynsey joined our team in 2016 and oversees all of our properties.

We met Michelle at an open day at Heyford Park (Dorchester Living) whilst looking to buy a new build property as first time buyers. Being completely new to the whole process we were unsure where to get started and wanted some advice. After a short chat with Michelle we instantly felt well informed, supported, and excited to apply for our first mortgage.
The paperwork was very easy to complete, and we received very quick replies to emails when we had questions. I've been an IMS customer for a couple of years now and wouldn't go anywhere else. In the last few weeks Holly has been amazing with renewing my mortgage. At the moment, I'm dealing with so many things and mega stressed, yet Holly made it possible for me to have a new mortgage without me having to do a thing, and the entire time being friendly and personable!
I was so grateful at how easy she made it! Even better, was that I didn't even have to remember it was mortgage renewal time - IMS remembered on my behalf! The only effort required by me was to say "yes that one please" and sign two things! Honestly it couldn't have been any easier! She was also extremely patient when I completely forgot to read the email she sent me and went off camping instead - she wasn't even cross with me for being such an airhead! Thank you so much for yet another really great bit of customer service. So very much appreciated!

I cannot thank the IMS team enough for the support they have given me towards buying our home. The team are consistently quick to respond and Holly, Emily and Michelle have always made me feel listened to and respected. Holly and Emily have made me feel calm and in control, and that no questions was a stupid question! which as a first time buyer is comforting to hear. Buying a first home can be a very confusing and stressful experience, but with the team I have felt cared for and as though I have people on my side.
The team have always kept me in the loop, so I felt included and treated fairly without feeling overwhelmed. I would recommend IMS to anyone, especially if you want a team who have your best interests in mind.

IMS came highly recommended from neighbours and we would recommended them to anyone else! Holly was great and so helpful. IMS and Holly have helped with so much and we have now bought our first home! I had spoken to banks and other brokers but no one could find us a better deal than IMS! Everyone at IMS is so friendly and happy to help and if we need to we will use them again and again

My boyfriend and I were looking to buy our first home and were very lucky to find IMS. We first contacted them for mortgage advice but also fell in love with a property that they were selling. We personally dealt with Michelle and Lynsey who were both fantastic throughout the whole process. They sorted everything for us, so we didn't have to worry about a thing and answered any questions we had immediately. They provided a very professional, friendly and hassle free service.
