I cannot recommend Grange Mortgage and Protection Services enough, and in particular, Kieran Anderson. This is the second time that we have used Grange Mortgages to secure a Mortgage when moving home and once again they have done us proud. For various reasons, we have experienced multiple issues from the particular Lender of which we applied for a loan with and Kieran went above and beyond his areas of responsibilities to ensure that we received the best service possible and fought our corner until we received the outcome that we desired.

Not only have Kieran and the team enabled us to secure a Mortgage against our dream home, they have also assisted us in finding the best possible Buildings and Contents Insurance and Life and Critical Illness cover. Definitely a 5star service

I recently dealt with the firm to arrange a mortgage & insurance. I was in contact with Lachlan & Sally from the team. The team were very helpful and provided a lot of support and guidance and took the time to provide the most suitable and competitive products for my individual circumstances. I would strongly recommend using the firm to others as they were extremely helpful and gave excellent service!

We recently moved into our new home (a David Wilson new-build) and now we've finally settled in, I wanted to leave a review for Grange, and in particular Lachlan our mortgage advisor. Lachlan was an absolute dream, and was so helpful - as first time buyers, we really had no idea of the hoops we needed to jump through and what all the mortgage jargon meant but Lachlan made it so easy to understand.

If we had any questions, he would get straight back to us. After guiding us through the application process, we received our mortgage offer, and he sat on the phone with us and talked us through what everything meant in the offer paperwork which was so helpful. I couldn't recommend Lachlan at Grange more - he really went above and beyond with his service and it made our lives so much easier and far less stressful! Thank you so much Lachlan!

A very positive experience with Grange Mortgages, which greatly assisted us with our recent house move. Lachlan was on the ball straight away and demonstrated great product knowledge. He went out of his way to explain in detail (and in a language that I could understand) various mortgage calculations. He was also very quick to respond to my calls and emails. I am unable to fault this company at all.

I've contacted Vijay trough Banbury Redrow first time back in April 2021 for some mortgage help and today I have received his update/confirmation that the mortgage application has now been fully approved. Vijay has been brilliant talking me through every step of the way as I was a First-time buyer with no experience. He broke everything down for me no matter how big or small.

He responded to my emails very promptly even out of hours and when on annual leave/weekend. Thank you so much for making the hole process enjoyable and less stressful for me been first time buyer.
