We've used We Know Mortgages for our last three mortgage applications and have nothing but positives. Ansar and Karolina have arranged our most recent mortgage which we thought would be slightly more complicated than normal, due to a change in our circumstances we are moving house having only agreed our mortgage renewal 3 months ago. All our concerns were put to rest and we have been able to port our mortgage whilst also borrowing the additional capital we need.

They provide a personal, friendly service, always keeping you informed of any updates and getting you the best deal they can. Thanks again guys and we'll be sure to return in another couple of years when it's time to renew again!

Would highly recommend Ansar and his team to look after your mortgage needs! I went to them for a remortgage, they bent over backwards from start to finish to get me the best deal, and perfectly on time for the switch over. Emma who dealt with this was amazing, very professional, and a credit to their team! If you are looking for a company to arrange a mortgage for you, don't look any further than these guys, can only give 5 stars but would give 10!

We switched to We Know Mortgages after receiving poor advice from our estate agents advisor. Ansar at WKM was incredibly professional, friendly and completely on the ball and super fast at responding. He completely took away all the stress of the process. Engaged with our solicitor, estate agent, builder and of course our lender. He also gave brilliant additional advice and his fee was much lower than that of the estate agents and worth every penny. Ansar has the most friendly manner and got us the best deal possible and we are so grateful to him.

We contacted Ansar for a mortgage in principle, my partner not knowing much about mortgages he was very helpful in explaining the process and costs and what would work for our budget. Although the house purchase took longer than expected Ansar was there to assist along the way with any queries, he has also assisted us with finding life insurance. Would highly recommend using WKM and their fee is the cheapest I have ever had.

Great company when looking for a mortgage deal. I had finished a relationship after shortly buying our first home! Very awkward! So I needed to get a mortgage on my own and looked at reviews on Google and of course We Know Mortgages had the best reviews. I firstly spoke to Ansar who was fantastic and knew what he was doing straight away, very friendly too he was there through my whole case for guidance.

I shortly came into the office and had a chat with Ranjit who dealt with my case from start to finish, she is an absolute gem! So friendly and understanding of my situation. She helped me out so much at every hurdle i threw at her. And of course the end result i got the best mortgage deal! which I don't think i would have got on my own. Absolutely fantastic experience with We Know Mortgages. We are first time buyers who had absolutely no clue where to start when it came to applying for mortgages so we emailed Ansar and got an appointment with him straight away. Ansar is completely clued up, makes you feel at ease and takes all the stresses that come with applying for a mortgage away from you. Absolutely first class experience from start to finish. Mortgage application completed at 6pm on Thursday evening. Approved the next day in principal, Property valued the following Monday and formal offer received the next day. I was buying a repossessed property and needed things to be done quickly. Totally exceeded my expectations. Cannot recommend highly enough.
