We can't recommend UKFCS enough with helping us buy our first home! Ashley was so helpful dealing with two mortgage applications for us during the pandemic, my partner is self employed and had been for less than two years and he came up with solutions for us that our previous mortgage advisor hadn't. He kept us fully updated and got our mortgage offer issued with no problems at all. Rebecca sorted out all of our paperwork ensuring we had sent everything over and again was so helpful and quick to deal with queries. Thanks again both, we will definitely be back in the future!

I needed a broker as I needed to remortgage 3 properties. I tried around a couple brokers local to me, however I found all of them so slow and I got fed up. My dad recommended this company and I am so glad he did. I don't usually leave feedback for companies unless they have gone above and beyond which they did. I cannot fault Alisha, she was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. I could always get hold of her over the phone or by email and she would come back to me instantly.
The other brokers I tried using, had no sense of urgency to help me, and what I loved about Alisha was that she made me a priority and kept me in the loop throughout all of it. She constantly gave me updates so I knew what was going on and that she was chasing everything up for me without me asking. Even when I phoned up with questions that might have sounded silly, she answered them and reassured me they were not stupid questions. She offered to chase up the solicitors for me when I couldn't get a response from them. She went totally above and beyond, if I need a broker in the future I will 100% be using this company again!
