After recently moving into our new house as first time buyers, something we thought maybe wasn't possible for us, I just wanted to share how fantastic our experience was with Prosper. Tracey was brilliant, keeping in regular contact at every stage, she had all the answers to the questions we had and went above and beyond even assisting in giving us advice on different stages of the process.

Originally we wasn't able to get a deal in principle but Tracey was transparent with us and gave us some advice that we followed which led to us getting a deal in principle and ultimately our new home! We will always use Tracey in the future and would highly recommend Tracey and Prosper to anyone. Thanks again!

Would highly recommend. We were assigned to Fred in Hastings who supported us from start to finish. As first time buyers we were inexperienced and not sure where to start.
