You won't get anywhere better. I've had experience with other places who not only charge a big fee but pressure you into committing. I reached out to a few providers and close to committing to a mortgage with another provider on a scheme, Gary had called me and I'm glad I answered because he actually talked me out of committing to this scheme, . he made me realise that it really wasn't the right thing to do.

I've called Gary a few times over the course of a few months for advise on different properties, he never once pressured me into anything, he gave me some advice on what to look out for and what to avoid. We finally found a home and he couldn't be more helpful. Always called me back when asked and really knows what he's talking about. Made us understand everything we needed to know. Excellent service from Faye and everyone at Euxton Mortgage market. We first went to see her in 2017 when we were buying our first house and she made the whole experience much less stressful than we had anticipated. We were given some great advice along the whole process and all our 'stupid questions' were answered. We returned last year and it was even easier again to sort out our mortgage for the next few years. We will be back. Excellent service and highly recommended.
