Dan has been amazing from start to finish in one of the most stressful purchases!
He offered support, advice and recommendations, and after seeing our credit report helped us clear a couple of issues we didnt notice previously also.
After my buyer pulled out, Dan worked some kind of magic to find us a BTL mortgage and increase our onward purchase mortgage - all within about 2 days so we didnt lose the house!
Dans been great liaising with our estate agents and keeping us in loop - all whilst keeping my anxiety in mind and only coming back to me with good news and solutions.
Would highly recommend Dan for a really personalised service. Really felt like he had my back the whole time and was as invested in the purchase as we were.
We also spoke with Gemma to discuss life insurance. She also took a real interest in us and helped us find the best possible solutions within our agreed budget.

The Mortaged made buying our first home a breeze! Dan was amazing in supporting us through the mortgage process, and finding us the best deal (not just once, but twice - thats how long the sale took!). My partner was using the Forces Help to Buy scheme which isnt particularly well known, but Dans knowledge of this was great, often informing other parties in the process of how it works. Nothing was ever too much trouble and Dan truly went above and beyond! Gemma was great in finding us the right protection by taking time to get to know us and understand our needs. Its not easy to plan for when the worst might happen, but Gemma discussed this sensitively and now our minds are at ease knowing we have the right protection. I can not recommend mortgaged enough! Dan was absolutely incredible throughout whole the process, he was so knowledgeable, re-assuring and patient with my million questions! Being part-time self employed I was very anxious about applying for a mortgage but Dan made me feel so at ease, always picking up the phone, amazing communication and felt that he really cared.

We met with a few mortgage advisors before meeting with Dan, who was definitely the most professional of all the ones we met. Dan took the time to understand our needs, requirements and timeline, and answer all the questions we may have along the way.
We were then advised by Gemma when it comes to financial protection and just as Dan, was able to understand our needs and provided us with the level of protection we wanted.

We used Dan from The mortgaged Bristol for the first time and I must say we were not disappointed. Dan was so professional and helpful throughout the process, he had a lot of product knowledge and was able to get us a great deal and answer all our questions really quickly. The portal which is used to upload all the documents needed was really quick and easy, once this process was completed, Dan delt with everything from start to finish.
