As first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions. Daniel kindly explained everything in detail, and he and his colleagues were always very quick to respond, which made the whole process run incredibly smoothly. My partner is a British and Im not, so there were additional documents required, but Nadine guided me through everything and handled it very professionally. Honestly, without the help of MeritMortgages, were not sure how we would have managed. We strongly recommend this company!

We first found out about Daniel when we saw on Facebook all of the recommendations so got in touch and can see why. We were looking at buying a house and was hit with some obstacles along the way which was unexpected, instead of it seeming like a problem Daniel gave us options.
12 months later we are just in the process of exchanging contracts on a beautiful home, with Daniel even going to the lengths of contacting us just before exchanging to let us know the mortgage rates have dropped and signing us into a new fixed rate mortgage saving us thousands. Daniel has gone above and beyond what we ever expected, we would recommend Daniel to anyone looking for help in buying or selling a property and having the comfort that he is always just a phone call away for any questions.
