Genesis Financial Services was formed in 1993 from its offices based in Stansted, Essex. The company looked at how mortgages were being sold on a day to day basis to the general public and thought that a more professional, courteous and friendly service was called for that would explain in very easy to understand terms how the repayment vehicles and all the various types of mortgages worked.
