NEMS has handled our rentals houses for over 10 years in a professional manner looking after both the tenants and landlords safety and legal requirements. We began by handling the repairs and refurbishments between tenants ourselves but now NEMS arrange all of that for us resulting in a quicker turnaround and all done to the correct standards. NEMS are easy to contact and handle our questions and requests quickly and efficiently. I would recommend them to both long term landlords and tenants.
