Recently sold my home with Renshaws. Would definitely recommend them to anybody thinking of selling. Rick was great from the start when he came out to do the initial valuation - very informative as well as friendly. Was very happy with the quality of the photos taken and the speed at which the house went up on the market. Renshaws also really helped me when it came to finding the best/most-suited buyer. Will, Sue and the rest of the in-house team were also excellent throughout the process. Overall, the sale and completion process was much quicker than I originally anticipated. Thanks again.

I have had such a good experience with Renshaw estates, firstly I was shown around by two lovely chatty ladies that made me feel very comfortable. This is my first time looking for a house so I have been very nervous and have had a lot of questions, William and another lady have been very helpful and reassured that I can ring at any time to ease my mind. Very helpful! Would definitely recommend.

I had an excellent service from Rick, Will and Sue. Rick was very straightforward, efficient, and knowledgeable. The photos were fantastic too. As promised the house was on Rightmove within hours. Renshaw took over the company that previously managed my letting, who were not useful to say the least. Since then they've actually done as asked and provided friendly service along the way, as well as going beyond what most other companies would've done to help me out with issues during my tenancy

After a very bad experience with another Ilkeston estate agent we moved to Renshaws to sell and the service received has been absolutely fantastic, we have been updated at every stage and sold the property that another estate agent couldn't sell in less than a week and I genuinely believe this is down to the first class customer service that Renshaws offer specifically from William, Rick and Sue.

I am also dealing with Renshaws for a purchase and again you can't fault the communication and the willingness they have to move things forward and help with advise on the stages even when your not the paying customer! First class service all round, I would highly recommend.
