Amazing service from Arrowe and in particular I'd like to shout out Dave who was an absolute pillar of support throughout the entire mortgage application process. Purchasing my first home on my own after a nasty change in circumstances was at first such a terrifying concept, but with Dave's knowledge he managed to get me an incredible deal and I am now the proud owner of my first home.

I'd also like to give a massive thank you to Kathy who took care of the administrative side of things and helped me nudge my solicitor along when needed. Without them, I don't think I would have coped. We have been using Jane at Arrowe for over 20 years for all of our residential and Buy to Let mortgages and she has never let us down, even when we have needed mortgages for non standard builds. Jane is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable and we would not hesitate to recommend herself and Arrowe Financial.

I was miss sold my mortgage. I was led to believe I would be getting a better rate than what I actually received. Ruby Saunders mislead me on more than one occasion during the whole process. When I raised my concerns with Jane and Michael Saunders they were totally dismissive and condescending towards me. Rather than righting their wrongs, wanted me to accept my losses and actually had the audacity to say that I was being unreasonable when I raised my grievances during a phone conversation. Thankfully I recorded all correspondents with Arrowe Finance.

When I realised Arrowe Finance were not going to take responsibility for their actions I escalated the matter to 'The Openwork Partnership' a company that deals with complaints. After disclosing all evidence and correspondence with Arrowe Finance it come to no surprise that their investigation found Arrowe Finance were at fault and that mistakes were made resulting in my complaint being upheld.

I was compensated accordingly for damages and losses. Moving house is stressful enough without having to go through what I had to endure, I just hope going forward Arrowe Finance in future hold their hands up when at fault and not force someone like myself to have to go through what I had to go through and experience again. Unacceptable and unprofessional to say the least.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Dave and his team made getting a mortgage seem easy. Previous mortgage advisors just look for their payment even if they haven't secured you a mortgage offer. Arrowe financial are different and will advise you what's best for you not what's best for them, even if it means they have to work harder.
