I was told to sign forms to finish the deal same day so far is second day 12pm not a phone call or email to confirmation. Tried to call and emailing them without luck. I decided to call mortgage company which they confirmed all gone trough.excellent only concern was why they never replied to my calls and emails which made me seriously worried did I sign my mortgage to someone who is not legitimate.

We wasn't happy with our current mortgage broker and found a mortgage now by google search. Lawrence dealt with our case, he listened to exactly what we wanted. We were then able to get a great new deal consolidating all our sub accounts with no upfront fee and the new lender and rate we received covered the majority of the exit fees from our existing lender.
