I found Katie ( Transparent) is really helpful and professional as well as easy going and friendly consultant. Katie was always prompt in her response and solving any query, Prompt in messaging, reply and phone calls if required and she secured very nice deal for us with less rate of interest payable for next 5 yrs to come, I would be happy to do my next remortgage ( if required) from her. After a super quick decision to move house, I got in touch with Transparent Mortgages after being recommended to them. The process has been easy, stress free, and so straight forward! Dan has been amazing throughout the process. He has been brilliant with communication and has kept us updated each step of the way. He is super efficient and has been able to answer any questions throughout. We were surprised with the amount we could borrow by going through a broker and for that reason alone I cannot recommend them enough!

Started by dealing with Mathew who was great, who then passed me onto a dedicated broker Katie who gave me an excellent service to procure my mortgage and take me right through to completion. Katie, was always on the ball from start to finish and she often even put in lots of extra time to make sure the deal was done exceptionally well and to my satisfaction.
