Helped my wife and I to staircase on shared ownership to 100%. We've tried and failed with other firms who were less than helpful. These guys I'd recommend to anybody. I have used Arrange my mortgage for the 3rd time and the service provided by Amanda and Robert has always been 5*. I've just completed a remortgage and they took the stress away of dealing with the whole process. It only took a week to complete! Both Amanda and Robert are very responsive, I even sent emails to Robert on a Sunday and he was quick to respond.

Robert and Amanda were absolutely excellent throughout our home buying experience. Genuinely good and hard working people - which is a rarity not to be sniffed at in the residential property market. Successfully secured us an initial mortgage and then happily dealt with a re-application after a renegotiation in price, with no extra charge. Always on hand to offer advice or answer any queries, and in terms of pro-activity and speed of response, they were infinitely better than any other service provider (lender, lawyer, estate agent). Strongly recommend.
