This firn came highly recommended. But it was a disappointing experience. It took 6 months to arrange a mortgage and in that 6 months property prices in the area increased by 17%, and there was no longer anything suitable within by budget. So, now that i have the funds I'm having to search for property in another part of the country. I wish I hadn't bothered.

We would highly recommend Dean at Oakwood for all your mortgage needs, always at the end of a phone and answered all my questions, didn't matter how silly they were. Great customer service. Tim helped us from start to finish in buying our first home. Great communication and advice. Lots of people said don't bother with an mortgage broker because you can do all those papers yourself but we decided to go with T. Carter White and the time saved and advice received was well worth the money. Many thanks.
