I have been dealing with Beneficial for a long time now, and I cannot fault them. There is a clear sales process and the case checkers work synonymously with each other, so I understand what is expected in each case. If i don't know they will happily guide me. The entire team have been great, Nick helped me transition into life at Beneficial from day one. Carrie works her hardest to keep me updated and assist with any lender or insurance issues. Lee with all insurance queries, Alison from head of case checking (never met a more approachable case checking manager in my life) I only feel bad I cannot mention every name from beneficial I have come across, because I am yet to have a bad experience.

I recently joined the Network in July and this has proved to be a great decision, especially when compared to my previous Network. There is a common sense approach towards the sales process with excellent support in the background and a low monthly fee. Nick, Lee, Alison, Ryan, Carrie & Amanda have all really helped make the transition simple. Would highly recommend any broker to contact them.

I have just been with Beneficial Life ( London) limited for less tan 2 months and I must say that I have been impressed with the ease with which I have settled in after a short career break. I was very lucky to have had the support from Lee, Mike O'Brien, Alison, Carrie, Amanda, Ryan and not forgetting the main T&C guy Nick. Very friendly team, and very easy sales process, less admin and we keep 100% of the proc fees. I am impressed with the mature and common sense approach to their set up and processes. A big well done to Jason and his team to set up a great team at beneficial.

I joined the network back in Feb 2019 - coming from another Network, Beneficial have been great. Excellent support, I can pick up the phone and ask any question and get a response, more than my previous network would give. The compliance is easy to follow, the staff are all excellent and very helpful.

I have been with Beneficial Life since March 2019 and have to say everyone is so helpful, I get a response back very quickly. If there is a tricky enquiry someone most definitely will find a way/solution to this. Definitely recommend them, its like your a family. Give head office a call and they know its you, very personal. I have had a lovely experience with Beneficial and would highly recommend them all the way!

I joined the network 6 months ago and I couldn't be happier with all the support I've received, they are always at the end of the phone, even in the beginning when I was calling Carrie every day (she has the patience of a saint!) Emma and Olivia give a really friendly face to compliance and couldn't do more for me. They really treat you as a person, very different to all the other networks out there!
