I have used Ian Moore for all 3 of my mortgages and always found him to be helpful, pleasant and very knowledgeable. I used him recently and we sent our paperwork to him one day and he came back to us the very next day with a mortgage in principal so that we could start looking for a home and knew our limit. Once we had an offer accepted on the property he set all the wheels in motion straight away, and explained every step to us.

Ian guided me, as a first time buyer, through the process of obtaining a mortgage. He clearly explained the stages and the information required. As a result the whole process was relatively straightforward. His approach was jargon free and throughout the application he kept me informed of what was happening and gave realistic timeframes.
