Our house is a rural property and is known by 3 different addresses between the local council, bank and original mortgage provider. Most lenders didn't like the address complications or weren't interested when we explained it was a small holding and came with 4.5 acres of land. We approached Ben after 2 months of being refused quotes, he directed us to a more sympathetic lender and after explaining the address and postcode situation obtained an offer for us.

When the valuer raised issues over the traditional construction elements of the house (rubble stone walls), Ben used his experience and industry contacts to ascertain the exact problem. He then gave us advice of what reports to obtain to satisfy the lender and we went on to exchange in just over 3 months from initial application. I can not praise him enough for his determination and support during a long a complicated application process.
