UK Property Finance recently helped me to secure a bridging loan to help cover the time gap needed for me to purchase our new family home whilst waiting for our current property sale to complete (due to there being a massive chain). This has been a lifesaver for us as it meant we could act and get the perfect property for us without waiting for our sale to go through. This is the first time I've used a bridging loan and our UKPF advisor was amazingly helpful in explaining the different options available and making everything clear and simple
